Swimming Costume Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your swimming costume is not suitable or does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
 

14-Day Returns

You may return your swimming costume within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided that the garment is returned in the same condition as it was sold.

Swimwear Hygiene & Health and Safety

For health and safety reasons, swimwear must be tried on while wearing suitable underwear.

​

Swimming costumes must not have been worn when returned. They should be clean, undamaged and in the same condition as sold, with any original tags or labels still attached where applicable.

If the Garment Is Not Suitable

If the swimming costume is not to your satisfaction without being worn, you may return it within the 14-day period for a refund, provided it remains in the condition in which it was sold.

Foam Insert Replacement

If the foam insert becomes dislodged or is accidentally taken out, please contact us. We will send you a replacement foam insert free of charge.

Please note: the foam insert does not have to become dislodged when washing. Please follow the garment's washing and care instructions carefully.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and checked, a refund will be issued for the returned garment if it meets the conditions of this policy.

Items that have been worn, soiled, damaged or returned in an unsuitable condition may not be eligible for a change-of-mind refund for hygiene and health and safety reasons.

Important

Please ensure that you are satisfied with the fit, style and condition of the swimming costume before wearing it. Once the garment has been worn, it cannot be returned for a change-of-mind refund.
